We are seeking a Head Sales - Real Estate Industry (Developer) to develop and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and other real estate projects. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a sales team through the complete sales cycle, from pre-launch to unit handover, while managing channel partners and collaborating with the marketing team. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of market trends, government policies, and the ability to create and manage a reporting mechanism to track sales performance.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential, commercial, and other real estate projects. Plan and conceptualize strategies for upcoming projects.
- Market & Competitor Analysis : Maintain a strong hold on competitor trends to create long-term and short-term sales goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
- Team Leadership & Development : Develop and manage the sales team through the entire sales cycle. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive business growth.
- Client & Channel Partner Management : Close deals with clients and ensure proper after-sales services. Manage channel partners to ensure proper project awareness and branding.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to design marketing campaigns and activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting & Compliance : Develop a mechanism for reporting targets achieved versus forecasts and report to senior management. Stay aware of government policies, processes, and transaction procedures.
Skills Required
