Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services
- Resolve queries related to accounts, transactions, debit / credit cards, and other banking products
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in customer interactions
- Follow security protocols and ensure customer data confidentiality
- Log all customer interactions in the system accurately
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required
