Job Purpose :
We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Lead to drive growth and expansion of our personal loan / overdraft products along with other cross-sell products e.g., insurance & value-added services.
Key Deliverables :
- Leading a team of relationship managers for selling Personal loans & overdraft facilities
- Developing and executing strategic plans to increase customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and strengthen partnerships
- Managing internal (product & contact center) & external (lenders & customers) stakeholder relationship
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
Key Competencies & Behaviors :
Minimum graduation. MBA / PGDM preferredAt least 4 years of Personal loan / Overdraft facility sales experienceMust be having either contact center or marketplace experienceStrong excel & presentation skillsStrong verbal or written communication skillsData driven & problem-solving mindsetPassion for Results : High degree of commitment with bias for execution excellenceDemonstrated ability to work in High agency / High hustle settings with a business-first mindsetSkills Required
