Key Responsibilities : Drive strategy, P&L, Business and Growth.Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and Lending Institutions.Lead end-to-end product lifecycle – design, launch, and scale new lending & insurance products.Monitor portfolio performance, risk management, and claims processes.Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.Qualifications & Skills : MBA / CA or equivalent with 6-10 years’ experience in lending / insurance / fintech / banking.Strong understanding of retail lending and insurance distribution.Proven track record of scaling financial products and managing P&L.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Exposure to digital-first / fintech environments preferred.
