We currently have an AUM of 55 CR and envision rapid growth with team expansionRole DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Product Lead, located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Product Lead will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of financial products, including market research, product development, strategy implementation, and continuous improvement. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customised credit solutions and enhance customer experience.Oversee end-to-end design and scaling of lending solutions targeted at NBFC clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, credit, compliance, operations) for strategic planning and efficient execution.Develop and implement credit evaluation frameworks and onboarding processes for NBFC customers.Monitor loan portfolio performance, including risk models, exposure monitoring, and payout mechanisms based on product profitability.Lead innovation projects aimed at improving process scalability, compliance, and market competitiveness.Liaise with business partners to identify market trends and build strategic relationships.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in lending operations, credit management, or financial services, with NBFC / BFSI sector exposure.Deep understanding of credit processes, risk management, and NBFC operations.Proven stakeholder management across business, credit risk, and compliance teams.Expertise in portfolio monitoring, exposure assessment, and analytics-driven optimisation.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; master’s or advanced degree preferred.Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.Ability to drive new process launches, partner integrations, and operational innovations in a fast-paced environment.
