Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our solar sales operations across Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam , Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in Solar Sales , with a proven track record in distributor development, channel sales, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territories.
Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence for solar products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements :
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.
3–4 years of proven experience in Solar Sales .
Strong knowledge of channel sales and distributor management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh.
Target-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
