SAP – Inside Sales & Marketing

Background :

We are currently hiring for the position of Marketing and Inside Sales Professional. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who possesses a strong passion for marketing and sales. We are seeking a candidate who possesses full proactivity, exceptional communication abilities, marketing content designing skills, and knowledge of the sales and marketing sector. These qualifications are required for this position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Create marketing campaigns using platforms such as Canva, Adobe, and others.
  • Sending sales pitch correspondence to potential clients on a daily schedule.
  • Contact the intended audience in order to describe the products and services of Phoenix and persuade them to participate in a demo call.
  • Assist the manager with the execution of assigned marketing and inside sales activities on a daily basis.
  • Learns the marketing strategy and how to align products to that strategy.
  • Implement the traditional, digital and social media marketing strategy via Email campaign, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.

Requirements :

In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following :

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Broad experience and exposure across a number of our Business and Marketing teams
  • University Marketing / Product Marketing / Business Management Degree
  • You’ll have a close attention to detail
  • Various other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities Have positioned winning strategy development and value proposition development
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Growth mind-set in a fast-paced company that is growing its SAP partner ecosystem
