Good understanding of C&B concepts and techniques

Annual Merit Increase, Promotion and Variable pay system

Goal Setting, Goal Audit, Mid-Year review, Annual Review planning & Execution

Market Benchmarking exercise

Knowledge on Sales & Collection incentive schemes

Job Evaluation, Job Analysis, and grading experience

Data Management, analysis, and reporting

Knowledge on labour law and statutory Compliance

Competencies

Ability to understand business priority.

Good interpersonal & Collaboration skills

Attention to details, Strong analytical skills.

Advanced MS Office and Skilled in analytical tools

Good verbal and written communication
