Responsibilities :
- Responsible to implement performance appraisal and plans for improvement.
- Tracks KPIs and aligns performance outcomes with business objectives.
- Supports performance evaluation and assist with career development.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and aligned business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
- Address employee concerns, resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide HR guidance and support to Managers and employees with their assigned business units.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
MBA HR or MSW, or any equivalent qualification.
15+ years of experience in the HR industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
