We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager for our Bancassurance division specializing in Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with bank partners and driving sales of our life insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to promote life insurance products.
- Identify and meet customer needs by providing appropriate insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to enhance their product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports to track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns for bancassurance products.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.Knowledge of life insurance products and bancassurance processes is preferred.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.Skills Required
