The Role
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
1. Team Management & Supervision
- Supervise daily operations of the call center team.
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
- Conduct daily / weekly team briefings and huddles.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and call center procedures.
2. Performance Monitoring
Track and analyse key metrics such as :Call quality
Call handling time
Lead conversion rate
First call resolution
Prepare regular reports on team performance.3. Training & Development
Identify training needs and conduct or coordinate training sessions.Mentor new hires and provide ongoing support.Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.4. Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Ensure timely follow-up on property inquiries and lead assignments.Work with marketing to align on campaign goals and script updates.Ensure the team is capturing and updating CRM data accurately.5. Customer Experience
Handle escalated calls or complex customer issues.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Work on strategies to improve customer interaction and engagement.6. Coordination with Sales & Marketing
Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth transfer of qualified leads.Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.Align with marketing on promotions, offers, or changes in project details.7. Reporting & Analysis
Generate and share daily / weekly / monthly performance dashboards.Analyse trends in call volume, customer queries, and agent performance.Ideal Profile
You have at least 2 years experience within a CRM Manager role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry and Real Estate industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of dialerYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersWhat's on Offer?
