Role Purpose
To design, develop and curate high impact learning content and digital assists aligned with business goals, learner needs and modern instructional design principles.
Role Accountability
Design and develop learning content (digital, classroom, blended) across behavioral, functional, and leadership domains.Create facilitator guides, participant handbooks, job aids, e-learning storyboards, microlearning modules, infographics, and video scripts.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business requirements into engaging and practical learning interventions.Curate relevant external content (articles, videos, MOOCs, etc.) to enhance internal learning offerings.Ensure content aligns with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, or Kirkpatrick's model.Work closely with the LMS and digital learning teams to publish and update content on platforms like LinkedIn Learning, internal LMS, etc.Track and analyze feedback and usage data to improve content relevance and effectiveness.Stay updated on trends in digital learning, content tools, and design practices.Measures of Success
