Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Manager to lead the planning, creation, optimization, and performance of website content across Exams, Colleges, Courses, Admissions, Scholarships & Careers.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive organic growth and lead conversions through structured and SEO-consistent content.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage content strategy aligned with student journeys & business goals.
• Lead a team of writers / editors to publish high-quality, timely education content.
• Drive SEO-first practices : Keyword research, On-page optimization, Structuring content.
• Maintain content governance : accuracy, fact verification, and compliance with authorities like NTA, UGC, AICTE, NCERT, State Councils.
• Develop and execute content calendar around admission cycles & exam timelines.
• Plan periodic content refresh and fix performance gaps using analytics.
• Collaborate with design, SEO, product and teams to enhance user pathways.
• Ensure proper interlinking, schema usage, and content formatting for rankings.
• Manage and optimize CTAs and conversion-driven content modules to boost lead generation.
• Provide weekly dashboards on traffic, rankings, engagement & conversions.
