Job Profile
Position details :
- To assist and support Offshoring Enablement and Business Governance team in driving an effective and efficient Business Governance across Business Units of various geographies.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the reporting & governance framework for global capability handling diverse roles.
- Drive and facilitate governance meetings ensuring adherence to SLA standards, KPI monitoring and reporting requirements. Reviewing and drafting documentation
- Maintaining and updating internal Documentation Manual, standard legal templates, internal policies and procedures
- Liaising with various departments and internal stakeholders to create collaborative work relationships, understand their data requirements, propose the solutions, obtain their supports when required.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance project processes and collaborate internally across regions
- Execute and deliver on multiple large inter-company Outsourcing / Offshoring projects that are high complexity and multidisciplinary
- Serve as the principal coordinator of the project team responsible for redistributing the work to ensure the project's success
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Create long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones
- Delegate tasks on the project to Business Unit SME’s best positioned to complete them
- Perform checks on the project throughout execution to maintain the standards expected. Deliver projects on agreed upon timeline and budget
- Host regular project meetings with key stakeholders to track execution progress, address issues / challenges, and drive accountability, including agendas, meeting minutes, and issues tracking
- Communicate proactively with executives to keep the project aligned with stated goals
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance project processes and collaborate internally across regions to implement
- Note that, as the offshore team is being expanded, the individual may also be requested to assist with other areas
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Functional Competencies :
Education preference : Bachelor’s degree requiredRequires a minimum 8 – 12 years demonstrated knowledge and direct work experience in leadingOutsourcing / Offshoring projects that cross company business lines and company regions. PMP certification and / or Certified Outsourcing Professional a plus.Experience working with captives, external vendors, Third Party Risk Management, and Sourcing is required.Expert skills with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and MS Teams) are required.Demonstrated skills in the areas of priority setting, problem solving, negotiation, and conflict management are required.Ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders and cross functional groups to mitigate risk, remediate issues and drive accountabilityMust be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently, and adapt in a dynamic environmentPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS :
