Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the implementation, support, and upgrade of the SAP SD module with a strong focus on the Order to Billing process.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including scope, design, build, and test phases, with a minimum of 2 successful implementations.
- Gather business requirements and prepare TO-BE design documents.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, particularly in Order to Cash and Simplification List.
- Manage Sales Order Management, Pricing & Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Standard Fiori tiles for tasks and KPIs.
- Prepare related configuration documents and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to design, build, and realize custom developments (RICEFW).
- Propose simple and optimal O2C business solutions based on business process knowledge.
- Perform root cause analysis and work with cross-module teams for resolution.
- Engage consistently with clients to interpret their requirements and manage communication flow throughout projects.
- Foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all organizational levels.
Skills Required :
