About the Role :

At Nua, we are obsessed with developing holistic solutions to solve real problems women face concerning their vital wellness through great products, personalized experience and a supportive community.

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive short, medium and long-term Brand Marketing initiatives, with an objective to build awareness and consideration in focus geographies. You will work with various cross-functional teams to drive initiatives such as Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Catchment-Area Advertising, Events and Activations.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-driven professional who has strong analytical thinking, execution capabilities and ability to work on multiple workstreams with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create the Regional Marketing Strategy : Work with the Head of Marketing and Category Managers to develop the Regional Marketing Calendar for priority market / s.
• Implement Regional Marketing Initiatives : Translate the strategy into a quarterly / monthly calendar of initiatives - both digital and on-ground. Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive efficient and timely execution.
• Monitor Performance and Outcomes : Track input and output metrics, and analyze outcomes against defined objectives.
• Act as Custodian of the Consumer and Market : Stay abreast of social and cultural trends in the region and represent these insights internally.
• Plan Collaterals : Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop relevant marketing collaterals.
