As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategies, driving market penetration, and enhancing our brand's presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on our brand's growth and market presence.
Responsibilities :
Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and consumer preferences.
Drive the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and experiential activations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across product development, packaging, pricing, and distribution.
Track and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to drive continuous growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand presence.
Stay on top of industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging marketing strategies to provide innovative recommendations.
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our brand values and creating a positive brand image both internally and externally.
Requirements and skills :
Proven working experience as Marketing Manager or Associate Marketing Manager
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers

Potential Backgrounds :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3+ years of brand management or marketing experience
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms

Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
On-site work : Worli office, 5 days a week & one 3rd Saturday working.
