The ideal candidate should have 2 years of work experience. He / she should have previously worked in a reputed marketing agency and handled brands. He / she should have a creative mind and should think of a unique communication that would align well with the brand.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and create a marketing plan along with the marketing budget.
- Coordinate with the marketing agencies and get the marketing collaterals designed by sharing the inputs.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Handle day-to-day management of company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.
- Track and analyse website traffic, social media insights, and campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in SEO efforts : keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinks.
- Coordinate with web team for landing pages, blog updates, and lead forms.
- Work closely with the sales, branding, and CRM teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with the social media team and printing vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus).Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, Canva / Photoshop, CRM platforms .Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and paid campaigns .Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a must).Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
