Operations & Events Executive

Our conferences and summits reach global markets across the EMEA & APAC regions where we engage with various CXOs and Business Leaders across industries in tech and non-tech spaces As an Operations & Events Executive at Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of our events. You will assist the operations team in managing logistics coordinating with vendors and internal departments and handling on-ground event support.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Assist the operations team in planning and executing corporate events conferences and summits.

Coordinate with hotels and venues for banquet bookings F&B and setup arrangements.

Work closely with vendors for AV fabrication and branding requirements.

Support the production team with on-site coordination setup supervision and logistical planning.

Maintain event documentation vendor tracking and post-event reports.

Travel to events (international & domestic) to oversee the on-site event operations.

Job Type :

1. Full time & On-site.

2. 5 day work week

Location : Koramangala Bangalore

Requirements

0.6 months - 1.5 yrs of experience in event coordination or operations.

Bachelors degree in operations management business administration or related field.

Basic understanding of hotel banquet operations including booking coordination vendor management and AV (Audio-Visual) setup requirements.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.

Required Skills :
