You should be comfortable with global travel to support the logistics and execution of venue and hotel-related operations for our national and international events. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about event management hospitality and operations.
Responsibilities :
Assist in sourcing coordinating and finalizing hotels and venues for upcoming events.
Manage event bookings room blocks banquet orders and meeting space requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (content production and marketing) to align hotel / venue logistics with event plans.
Coordinate venue walkthroughs vendor inspections and floor plan validations.
Support the planning of F&B services meeting room setups signage and guest arrangements.
Liaise with hotel staff and event vendors to ensure smooth operations on event days.
Help manage accommodations transportation and hospitality for delegates speakers and VIPs.
Maintain records of contracts negotiations and event-related vendor communications.
Prepare post-event reports including feedback on venue performance and vendor reliability.

Requirements
