What this job involves :

• Facilitate Client Visits Off site / External Events
• Audio Visual Requirements Off site. and Off site function and meal arrangements
• Overall management of all External Events for the client
• Responsible for Event related Escalation
• Vendor Management
• Training
• Customer Feedback reporting and Management.
• Development of new vendor to ensure high service levels at optimum cost.
• To negotiate with Hotels for better competitive rates.
