What You'll Do :

We're looking for an event execution powerhouse who can turn brand campaigns into unforgettable on-ground experiences through our Campus Ambassadors network. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every event in every college is flawlessly executed — anticipating challenges, solving problems, and driving results. This is a high-ownership role where you'll coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage complex logistics, and bring unmatched energy to the table.

What you'll own

• College Event Execution : End-to-end responsibility for rolling out campaigns across multiple colleges through our Campus Ambassadors.
• Ambassador Enablement : Anticipate the challenges that student ambassadors might face on the ground and proactively solve for them with playbooks, guidance, and real-time support.
• Campaign Coordination : Oversee simultaneous activations across 10–50 colleges — ensuring timelines, quality, and brand requirements are met.
• Problem-Solving : Tackle last-mile execution issues (permissions, logistics, student engagement) with grit and speed.
• Process & Reporting : Build systems to track execution, gather feedback, and measure impact — ensuring every activation feeds back into better future campaigns.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with brand partners, colleges, and our growth team to deliver events that exceed expectations.
