Job Description : Senior Business Development Executive – UI / UX Design Services Sales

Location : Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Experience Required : 3 years into core UI UX Design Service Sales / BD

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive – UI / UX Design Services Sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our design and product solutions vertical. The role focuses on selling UI / UX services, product design solutions, and digital design consulting to enterprise and mid-market clients. You will be responsible for creating high-impact sales pitches, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and drive new business opportunities for UI / UX and product design services.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
  • Develop tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into UI / UX design solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets .
  • Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
  • Strong understanding of UI / UX design processes, tools, and methodologies .
  • Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships.
  • Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS / product sales is an advantage.
