Role Description : Business Development Associate (On-Site, Mumbai)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and representing the company at industry forums. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, industries, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences to build visibility and connections.
  • Support in preparing and delivering client presentations in collaboration with the design team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with creative solutions.
  • Meet and exceed business development targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a relationship-building mindset.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, market research, and client acquisition .
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management .
  • Ability to network, represent the company at events, and engage with industry stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in the design, creative, or marketing industry is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a creative environment.
