Key Responsibilities :
- Contact potential customers via phone (outbound calls), walk-ins, or field visits
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Explain policy features, benefits, premium calculations, and claim procedures
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings or callbacks, and maintain regular client contact
- Meet daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer details
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum qualification : HSC (12th pass)Age : 18 – 35 yearsFreshers can apply (training will be provided)Prior experience in insurance / banking / telecalling is an advantageKey Skills :
