Product Manager - Insurance Bank are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead Product Management initiatives in Bancassurance, General & Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will bring end-to-end experience across insurance companies and banking distributors, with a proven track record in topline growth, product innovation, and strategic partner management.

Key Management & Development :

• Design, launch, and manage insurance products and processes for Bancassurance channels.
• Drive product profitability through effective product mix strategies and pricing Growth & Revenue Generation :
• Achieve topline and fee income targets through branch activation, resource engagement, and strategic campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute lead-based programs to drive new business & Stakeholder Management :
• Manage relationships with insurance partners, negotiate contracts, and drive incremental revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Operations) for seamless product launches and process Excellence & Innovation :
• Implement persistency and retention programs to enhance business sustainability.
• Identify white spaces and launch new products for emerging customer segments (e.g., HNI, Wealth).
