Job Summary :

Sales Manager - The Front Line Sales Executive will be responsible for driving insurance sales through Banca channel (Tieup with a Large Sahakari Bank ).

This includes #RelationshipManagement, #LeadGeneration, #ProductPromotion, and achieving business targets by leveraging the partner network.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage strong relationships with bank staff,representatives to ensure consistent business flow.

Work from bank branches to generate leads and close insurance sales.

Handling walking customers in bank

Achieve assigned sales and activity targets through banks

Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines in all processes.

Maintain accurate MIS and daily sales reports.

Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Education : Graduate in any discipline

Experience : fresher or maximum of 3 years in insurance or financial services (freshers with high energy and sales mindset may be considered)

Result-oriented approach with a passion for sales

Good understanding of insurance / financial products

Relationship-building and training capabilities

Self-motivated with time management skills

CTC - 2.20 LPA ( salary will depend on interview)
