Role Description :
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Growth and Strategy Manager / Sr. Manager. The candidate will work on various special projects across businesses, some of which will be heavy on the telesales side. This role is ideal for a candidate who is proactive, skilled in problem-solving, and has strong program management capabilities.This role will involve working with senior stakeholders across the company hierarchy, so good stakeholder management skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities :
- Telesales Operations :
- Implement and optimize telesales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Understand and optimize the telesales processes.
- Help improve the funnel efficiency to drive better results.
- Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Utilize advanced data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and analyze performance data in Google Sheets to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of key metrics
- Problem Solving :
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement within telesales operations.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to align objectives, communicate findings, and drive projects forward.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of initiatives.
- Program Management :
- Oversee special projects related to telesales and business growth initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to achieve objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring a structured approach to problem-solving and solution delivery.
Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) with 3-8 years of experience, or MBA with 1-5 years of relevant experience.Proven experience in leading a telesales setup with 30+ agents, with demonstrated success in driving results.Proficient in Google Sheets and data analysis, with a high degree of comfort in working with data to make informed decisions.Strong detail orientation and a commitment to understanding issues thoroughly to deliver effective solutions.Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working across diverse teams.Problem-solving and analytical thinkingAdvanced data handling and interpretationStrong organizational and project management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsQualifications :
