Human Resources Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and providing day-to-day HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
• Address employee queries and provide HR support
