Job descriptionOnboarding and Offboarding : Manage all new hire documentation, contracts, and a seamless onboarding and transition process. HR Operations : Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for internal HR inquiries, policy explanation, and general employee support. Performance Management : Help set up more formalized processes for team member reviews, ensuring structured reviews happen on time and reports are synthesized for management. Records and Compliance : Maintain and update employee records, HRIS databases, and ensure all internal HR documentation (SOPs, policies) is current and compliant. Focus on continuous talent acquisition and training for the growing operations function. Continually streamline HR systems and processes to ensure efficient execution and successful talent flow. High-Volume & Localized Recruitment : Drive an immediate hiring sprint for junior-level QA / QC and Ground Operations staff across regions like Karnataka and Telangana . This requires a dedicated, hands-on approach to local level talent hunting, scouting, and building relationships with agri-related universities , as these roles cannot be filled by standard online recruitment channels alone. HR Generalist Support : Establish and streamline essential internal HR Operations for a growing employee base, including onboarding, training, review cycles, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume & Localized Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Targeted Local Sourcing : Design and execute specialized, on-the-ground recruitment strategies for mass hiring of 50 to 60 hyper-local focused staff.
- University Partnerships : Build and manage relationships with local, agri-related universities across regions to establish a consistent talent pipeline.
- Recruitment Execution : Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for junior-level roles.
- Digital Recruitment : Manage job postings, sourcing, and screening for all other roles (mid-level, corporate) using digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
