Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles in voice process
- Partner with business stakeholders to plan and execute hiring strategies
- Source candidates via portals, walk-ins, referrals, and vendors
- Drive high-volume recruitment drives and ensure quick TAT
- Ensure quality hiring aligned with sales performance requirements
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting
- Lead a team of recruiters (for Manager role)
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in sales hiring for BPO / voice processesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHands-on experience with bulk recruitment, sourcing tools, and hiring analyticsExposure to ATS / HRMS tools preferredTeam handling experience is a plusSkills Required
