Position Overview :
We are seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist who will lead the implementation of marketing automation, CRM management, and digital lead-nurturing activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in LeadSquared CRM , automation workflows , and multi-channel campaigns (Mailers, SMS, WhatsApp). This role requires both technical expertise and team coordination to ensure marketing efficiency, customer engagement, and sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Marketing Automation & CRM Management
- Manage and optimise LeadSquared CRM for lead capture, segmentation, scoring, and nurturing.
- Develop and execute marketing automation workflows to improve lead engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and updates.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
2. Lead Nurturing & Digital Campaigns
Plan and execute targeted campaigns via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing .Create automation sequences to re-engage dormant leads and strengthen customer relationships.Work closely with design and content teams to create impactful communication strategies.3. Sales Funnel Optimization
Collaborate with sales teams to analyze and improve the sales funnel and pipeline management.Implement CRM-based strategies to enhance lead conversion and sales productivity .Monitor and report on conversion metrics and sales team performance insights.4. Customer Relationship & Program Evaluation
Maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent and personalized engagement.Evaluate campaign and program performance for accuracy, efficiency, and ROI.Recommend improvements to digital strategies based on analytics and customer feedback.5. Team Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Content, and Management) to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution.Conduct regular team check-ins to track task completion, workflow progress, and campaign readiness.Assist in budget planning, cost control, and expense monitoring for marketing initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in marketing automation and CRM systems (preferably LeadSquared ).Strong understanding of lead management, nurturing flows, and sales funnel optimization .Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, WhatsApp Business API, and SMS gateways .Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-team coordination skills.Key Competencies :
