We are looking someone to drive category growth in our Travel business team. In this role you will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of Scapia. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities & developing strategies to achieve business objectives for the category.
Key Responsibilities :
1. P&L : Ideating & implementing topline & bottom line strategies for short & long term on driving right selection, portfolio mix and margin improvement
2. Market Understanding : Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competition to identify new innovations and opportunities.
3. CRM, Marketing & Merchandising : Working closely with marketing teams to drive growth by leveraging & identifying marketing opportunities in-app & off-app to engage users
4. Analytical Mindset : Identify & understand customer trends, conversion funnels and cohort analyses & recommend business decisions based on the same. Building user cohorts to personalise product and marketing.
5. Stakeholder management : Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, CX
What you'll need :
1. 3-5 years of experience in Category / Growth or business analysis
2. A degree from a Tier 1 / 2 school is great, but your attitude matters most
3. A knack for creative thinking-you're not afraid to challenge the status quo
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python) is a plus
5. You take action quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
6. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders
7. You're hands-on, love solving problems, and can work both independently and in a team setting
