Job Summary :

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics and experimentation to scale our business efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Plan and manage campaigns across digital channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead A / B testing and other experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth efforts with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track growth KPIs and inform decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging channels to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
