Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage dealerships across assigned territory to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase motor insurance penetration among OEM customers.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other general insurance products (e.g., health, home) through dealer networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-7 years of experience in automobile industry or related field (dealer handling, dealership management).Strong knowledge of GIC (General Insurance), Insurance Broking, MISP (Motor Insurance Services Policy), OEM Channel & Dealer Sales / Marketing.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
