As part of our growth journey, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Growth and Strategy to lead our business expansion, marketing, and strategic initiatives across India and global markets.
Role Overview
The Head of Growth and Strategy will lead end-to-end growth initiatives, driving student acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, analytics, digital marketing, and business operations, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business outcomes.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO / Founders, and will play a key part in shaping NNIIT’s growth roadmap and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Leadership
- Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale student enrollments and brand presence.
- Drive customer acquisition through paid and organic channels — digital, referral, influencer, and partnership-driven models.
- Build and optimize the full customer funnel from awareness to retention, ensuring strong ROI on marketing spends.
- Set up and lead performance marketing, content, and CRM teams to achieve growth targets.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
Define short- and long-term business goals in alignment with company objectives.Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities.Lead pricing, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategies for new offerings.Partner with leadership to create actionable roadmaps and quarterly OKRs.3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Forge and manage strategic partnerships with schools, content creators, education boards, and EdTech ecosystems.Identify new distribution and business collaboration opportunities across regions and segments.4. Data-Driven Decision Making
Establish data systems and dashboards to track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, engagement).Use insights from analytics and user behavior to refine strategies and enhance business outcomes.5. Team Building & Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of marketing, growth, and analytics professionals.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence across teams.Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field (from Tier-1 institute preferred).8–15 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, or Business Leadership roles, ideally within EdTech, Consumer Internet, or Digital Learning sectors.Proven experience in scaling online consumer businesses and achieving aggressive growth targets.Strong analytical mindset and data orientation; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CRM platforms, and BI dashboards.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Compensation
