About the Role :

As a key member of Mastech Digitals Data Business Leadership team, you will be responsible for building and expanding GCP Data & Analytics capabilities. This role requires driving technical excellence, ensuring successful delivery of GCP-based initiatives, and fostering innovation. You will collaborate closely with clients, delivery teams, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and enhance GCP offerings, frameworks, and accelerators to strengthen solution delivery.
Provide architectural guidance and lead solution design for proposals and client engagements.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and support delivery teams with deep GCP expertise.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing GCP data and analytics team.
Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to support business development opportunities.
Drive thought leadership, innovation, and best practices within the data and cloud ecosystem.

Job Requirements :

10- 12 years of experience in Data Engineering & Analytics, with 3- 5 years of proven expertise in GCP.

Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Vertex AI, and Looker.

Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI / CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with DBT, Airflow, Informatica, Fivetran, Looker / Tableau.

Programming skills in PySpark, Python, Java, or Scala.

GCP certifications (preferred).

Demonstrated experience in client engagement, presales, and solution architecture.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
