Cohance Lifesciences is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and global reach. Our Formulations (FDF) division is central to our growth strategy, offering CDMO capabilities to clients across regulated and emerging markets.

Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Head to lead our Formulations (FDF) business globally, with a focus on scaling operations to achieve a 1000 Cr market footprint. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in regulatory markets and a proven track record in selling CDMO formulation capabilities across US and non-US regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the FDF business globally, targeting both US and non-US regulated markets.
  • Business Development : Drive growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and expansion of CDMO formulation services.
  • Revenue Growth : Lead initiatives to scale the business to 1000 Cr, identifying high-potential markets and opportunities.
  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with global pharmaceutical clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence : Monitor global market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of commercial objectives.
  • Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, with a strong focus on regulated markets (US, EU, etc.).
  • Proven success in selling CDMO formulation capabilities to global clients.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics in both developed and emerging regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and achieve significant revenue milestones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
