We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Commis I - Continental to join our culinary team in Mysuru India. As an entry-level position in our continental cuisine kitchen you will play a crucial role in supporting our chefs and contributing to the preparation of high-quality dishes.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for continental dishes
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions precisely
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Learn and apply culinary techniques specific to continental cuisine
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Participate in menu development and food presentation as directed
Qualifications :
