- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Properly handle, store, and rotate food ingredients and supplies
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper use and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food service
- Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by senior chefs
