About the Role

You'll be the trusted connector between our platform and hiring teams in your network introducing HR leaders recruiters and decision-makers and earning competitive commissions for every client that comes onboard through your referrals.

This is a referral-based role with full flexibility ideal for agency recruiters HR consultants or anyone with strong ties in the hiring ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Share our platform with your HR and recruiting network
• Show hiring teams how AI-driven matching and bias-free hiring can transform their process
• Guide new users toward demo requests and onboarding
• Provide valuable feedback to help refine our platform
• Work independently and earn based on successful referrals
