Key Responsibilities :

• Recruit top talent for engineering and non-IT positions globally, focusing on key areas such as manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, sales, or related fields.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines through effective communication skills and proven sourcing and engagement techniques.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiating offers.
