As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates globally across diverse industries including manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, healthcare, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit top talent for engineering and non-IT positions globally, focusing on key areas such as manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, sales, or related fields.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through effective communication skills and proven sourcing and engagement techniques.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiating offers.
Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering and non-IT recruitment.Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful sourcing and engagement techniques.Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering roles is highly valued.Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.What We Offer
