Job Title : Gulf Region Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to expand our business across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end delivery. Key responsibilities include :

• Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in the region.
• Build strong relationships with HR heads, business leaders, and decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements.
• Recruitment Delivery
• Manage the recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate database for Gulf market requirements.
• Coordinate visa, mobilization, and onboarding processes according to Gulf compliance requirements.
• Market & Strategy
• Stay updated with Gulf labor laws, recruitment trends, and talent supply-demand.
• Work closely with internal sourcing teams for timely and quality delivery.
