Job Title : Gulf Region Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to expand our business across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end delivery. Key responsibilities include :
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in the region.
- Build strong relationships with HR heads, business leaders, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements.
- Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate database for Gulf market requirements.
- Coordinate visa, mobilization, and onboarding processes according to Gulf compliance requirements.
- Market & Strategy
- Stay updated with Gulf labor laws, recruitment trends, and talent supply-demand.
- Work closely with internal sourcing teams for timely and quality delivery.
Required skills and qualifications include :
Graduate or MBA preferred, 3–8 years of experience in International / Gulf recruitment.Proven track record in business development and client handling in the Gulf region.Strong network of clients and candidates in industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Healthcare, FMCG, Hospitality, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.Knowledge of visa processing, mobilization, and Gulf compliance will be an added advantage.Benefits include a competitive salary, comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career growth and development.
