- Collaborate effectively with the recruiting lead / manager to achieve stated individual and team objectives and goals
- Work in a team of recruiters to fulfill IT positions
- Develop candidate network, manage pipeline, and recruiting lifecycle
Requirements :
10+ years of experience in US IT Staffing involving technical recruitingDemonstrated career progression from technical recruitingDeep understanding of IT labor categories and other IT technical termsKnowledge of US work visa legislationBachelor's degree in technology, science, or businessBenefits :
