We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Recruiter. This role involves identifying and hiring top-tier talent in the data and technology space.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the data and analytics landscape, including data engineering, architecture, governance, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.

The key responsibilities include :

• Managing full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across data and analytics, including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Analysts, and related positions.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted sourcing and outreach strategies.
• Proactively sourcing candidates using platforms like GitHub, job boards, and Boolean search to engage both active and passive talent.
• Screening, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates based on technical capabilities, experience, and alignment with project and team needs.

This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have confidence in managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer negotiation.
