Assistant Manager- Marketplace (Urgent)

EXP- 2- 3 Years- Tier 1 / Tire 2- Post Graduate

Core Responsibilities.

• Manage day-to-day operations across major online marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa.
• Own the assortment lifecycle – onboarding new styles, visibility, and exits.
• Track and improve style performance through data-backed analysis – monitoring sales, sell-through, margins, return %, and stock health.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (planning, design, warehouse, catalog, finance) to ensure timely execution of product go-lives, inventory sync, and replenishment.
• Monitor key business KPIs such as Daily Run Rate, GMV, Category-wise Contribution, and Return Rate.
• Work with platform category managers to plan growth initiatives, visibility slots, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in executing season launches, exclusive capsule collections, and liquidation plans.
• Collaborate with catalog and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product content and brand imagery.
