Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Manager to lead and scale our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end inside sales, proven success in meeting revenue targets, and strong team management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and present reports to senior management.
- Drive high levels of motivation and performance within the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key clients and explore new business (MBA preferred).
- 5-7years of experience in Inside Sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in ed-tech, training, or B2B / B2C sales preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
