We are seeking a Senior Associate Technology Business Systems Analyst to join the Global Medical Technology - Medical Information business unit. In this vital role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our digital ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with business subject matter experts, product owners, and technical teams to ensure all business requirements are clearly defined and translated into development-ready user stories that adhere to GxP and validation standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation : Facilitate and participate in requirements-gathering sessions and backlog refinement. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and tasks in JIRA with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Lead business demos, capturing feedback and translating it into actionable user stories. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure timely document approvals and alignment on business needs.
- Agile & Project Support : Track and report the status of user stories and blockers in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. You will support process documentation, including current-state and future-state process flows.
- Validation & Compliance : Ensure all activities and deliverables are aligned with validation processes, GxP requirements, and audit readiness. Work closely with validation teams to support documentation and change control.
- Offshore Coordination : Coordinate with offshore teams for effective delivery of work packages and alignment on shared deliverables and documentation.
Technical Skills
Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence , and Agile delivery methodologies.Proven ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Experience working in a GxP -regulated environment with knowledge of the Computer Systems Validation (CSV) lifecycle.Understanding of the SDLC, Agile / SAFe delivery frameworks, and change management practices.Excellent documentation skills and comfort with process modeling tools.Experience with onsite and offshore delivery models.Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with experience, or a Master's degree with relevant experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related technical / business field.Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Analyst in the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain is preferred.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications are preferred.Certification in GxP / CSV compliance is a plus.Soft Skills
