Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and employee management

- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting the bank&aposs products and services
- Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, providing coaching and training as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and enhance customer experience
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and activities to senior management
