You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

- Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
- Sales Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
- Lead Management :
- Monitor and manage incoming leads through CRM tools.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of potential deals.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis :
- Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to management for better decision-making.
- Reporting & Documentation :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Event & Project Promotion :
- Plan and execute property site visits, promotional events, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution.
